Working principle of high-pressure air pump
The high-pressure air pump is a vortex air pump that can be used for both blowing and suction. The special blade design of the high-pressure air pump has the characteristics of high pressure, large air volume, low noise, and high temperature resistance. The blower has strong insulation performance, easy installation, and high stability. The gas passing through is oil-free and dry.
The generation of high pressure and high suction is due to the unique design of the impeller. The impeller edge of a high-pressure air pump has multiple blades. When the impeller rotates, due to centrifugal action, the air in the two blades is quickly moved towards the outer edge, transferring energy, and the wind pressure is quickly superimposed, forming a high pressure or high force, which increases its speed. When the air is reintroduced into the impeller through the duct, it will be accelerated again.
Due to the energy transfer of multiple blades, wind pressure is rapidly superimposed, forming high pressure or high suction.
