Bearing: The impeller and shaft of the high-pressure air pump are sealed and dustproof, which can prevent dust from entering and prolong the service life
Impeller: A specially improved impeller designed to reduce the gap between the impeller and the body, which can prevent dust blockage during operation. Unlike other similar products, it has multiple angles and a large gap circumference, which can easily cause blockage and lead to high-pressure air pump failure.
1. The vortex air pump (vortex fan) should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and ventilated.
2. The rotation direction of the impeller of the vortex air pump (vortex fan) must be consistent with the arrow direction marked on the fan cover.
3. Air pumps without oil nozzles only need to be regularly maintained and lubricated with grease on both ends of the bearings like regular motors; Air pumps with oil nozzles should be regularly lubricated with grease, with a cycle of once a week. Use a pressure bar type Grease gun (the grease is No. 3 Molybdenum trisulfide lithium grease or 7018 high-speed grease.)
4. The filter screens and silencers at both ends of the inlet and outlet should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid blockage and affect use.
