What is the working principle of the air pump?

The engine drives the crankshaft of the air pump through two V-belts to drive the piston to pump air, and the injected gas is introduced into the air tank through pipes. On the other hand, the air tank also introduces the gas in the air tank to the pressure regulating valve fixed on the air pump through the gas pipeline, so as to control the air pressure in the air tank. When the air pressure in the air tank reaches the pressure set by the pressure regulating valve.

When the air is continuously compressed by electricity, air pressure is generated to drive the piston for air suction, and the blown gas is introduced into the air storage through the pipeline. When the air pressure in the cylinder is lower than the pressure set by the pressure regulating valve due to loss, the valve in the pressure regulating valve returns by the return spring, the control air circuit of the air pump is disconnected, and the air pump starts to breathe again.

1. Foot air pump:

The foot powered air pump continuously compresses air to generate air pressure for operation.

Application of foot air pump: bicycle pumping, filling balloon or small pneumatic toys.

2. Electric air pump:

The electric driven air pump continuously compresses air through electricity to generate air pressure.

Application of electric air pump: tunnel ventilation, biogas tank aeration, sewage treatment oxygen blowing, etc.

3. Manual air pump:

Hand powered air pump continuously compresses air through hand power to generate air pressure.

Application of manual air pump: filled balloon or small inflatable toy.
