Maintenance of pneumatic components
If the maintenance of a pneumatic component equipment is not carried out, the service life will be reduced, and the serious safety hazards caused by the failure cannot be underestimated. So how to maintain a set of pneumatic component equipment?
1. Ensure the right side of the gas supply system: the inlet pressure (not the outlet pressure of the compressor) of the inlet to the tool is generally 90PSIG (6.2Kg/cm ^ 2). Too high or too low is not conducive to the performance and service life of the tool. The air inlet must contain enough lubricant to fully lubricate the pneumatic motor tools (a white one can be placed at the tool exhaust to check whether there is oil, which is normally oil). The air inlet must be free of water. It is inappropriate to reduce air without air dryer.
2. The removal of tools after not operating any parts will affect the safety of operators and may cause tool damage.
3. If the tool fails slightly or is achieved by using the original function, it can no longer be used immediately.
4. All safety rules and instructions must be observed when using various tools.
5. In order to select the right tool, the tool is easy to be injured and too small is easy to cause tool damage.
6. Check and repair tools regularly (about once a week), add grease to rotating parts such as bearings, and add oil to pneumatic motor parts.
