working principle
The working principle of the air pump is that the engine drives the air pump crankshaft through two V-belts to drive the piston for pumping, and the pumped gas is led into the air reservoir through the air duct. On the other hand, the gas in the gas reservoir is introduced into the pressure regulating valve fixed on the air pump through a gas guide pipe to control the air pressure in the gas reservoir. When the air pressure in the air reservoir does not reach the pressure set by the pressure regulating valve, the gas entering the pressure regulating valve from the air reservoir cannot open the valve; When the air pressure in the air reservoir reaches the pressure set by the pressure regulating valve, the gas entering the pressure regulating valve from the air reservoir opens the valve by jacking, enters the air passage connected with the pressure regulating valve in the air pump, and controls the air inlet of the air pump to open normally through the air passage, so that the air pump can operate without load to reduce power loss and protect the air pump. When the air pressure in the air reservoir is lower than the pressure set by the pressure regulating valve due to loss, the valve in the pressure regulating valve is returned by the return spring, the control air circuit of the air pump is disconnected, and the air pump starts pumping again.
