Can the micro air pump work at - 30 ℃?
A: Customers in the north often ask whether our micro air pump can work in a low temperature environment. In winter in northern China, the outdoor temperature is usually below 0 ℃, and the lowest temperature is below - 20 ℃. While most ordinary micro air pumps are shut down in this low temperature environment, most of the internal parts such as rubber parts, lubricating grease, etc. have been frozen, which makes it difficult to power on and start. At the same time, the electronic components inside the micro pump also need to overcome the harsh conditions such as low temperature and condensation. Before this, in such application scenarios, we would suggest that the customer take insulation measures for the whole pump, and at the same time, it is better not to shut down the pump, because as long as the pump is shut down at low temperature, there is a risk of failure to start.
